SlideUX was an excellent group to work with for our project. It was the first time engaging them and it won't be the last. Their communication about plans, expectations, scheduling and their approach was excellent. They were very detail oriented and thorough. Reviews were very professional and feedback management was great.

They worked with our design system the best they could, and clearly explained when and why they deviated. It was like working with our own internal team.

We embarked on a journey to revamp our digital platforms for our external customers and they were a great partner to work with for that journey. They dug deep into the pain points our customers face when working with our old platforms by conducting one-on-one interviews to elicit feedback. Then, taking the information gathered they developed new screen-flows that will improve the process and provide a more positive user experience.

Everyone on the Slide UX team was very receptive to constructive feedback on their design work.

They were always very responsive to questions and suggestions, and held the group to a manageable timeline.

I felt that original designs were just updated versions of the product that we already had and wouldn't necessarily improve the customer experience.

I came to Slide UX with a fixed budget and a complicated UX redesign project. They took time to understand our goals and designed a project that would fit the budget and achieve those goals. They provided a detailed project plan with responsibilities and deliverables on both sides. We all stuck to the plan, and we were able to work through an impressive number of iterations in a short time to up-level the UX of our premium module quickly. The initial delivery of their UX changes was very highly received by our market and has increased sales of this premium module. They also gave us enough backlog designs that we continue to roll out improvements based on this very successful project.

Slide UX redesigned the data presentation and workflows around viewing project resource availability/allocations and making/adjusting project assignments based on that information. The project also covered some project management and search workflows.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Thoroughness in gathering information upfront to deliver on time and on budget

Creative, professional, polished UX design to handle lots of information and complex workflows

I wasn't able to make full use of their services given my budget, but I had no complaints

We have had an ongoing engagement with Slide UX to support our design needs for Capital One Shopping. They've partnered with us on projects ranging from customer research to competitive analysis to feature ideation.

Since the get-go, Slide UX took the right amount of time to truly understand our objectives and were able to tailor their deliverables and working style to deliver meaningful value for our team, users, and partners. I was particularly impressed by Slide UX's ability to quickly get up-to-speed in a new problem space and then rapidly iterate on actionable deliverables. It's really refreshing to work with a design agency that is able to balance strategy, velocity, and quality in a seamless way.

Strategic thinking. Quickly understand a problem space, digest the relevant strategic levers, and identify clear recommendations / path forward.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Support for Slack-based communications! Being able to communicate in real-time would make the interaction even better.
