Describe your project in brief
We hired SLM Software d.o.o to help us build an AI-driven support automation tool for our internal IT service desk. As a mid-sized tech company supporting hundreds of employees across multiple locations, our IT team was overwhelmed by repetitive tickets: password resets, software requests, access permissions, basic troubleshooting, etc. The goal was to reduce manual workload, improve response time, and let our engineers focus on high-priority tasks. SLM designed and implemented a virtual assistant powered by a custom-tuned language model that integrates with our existing ticketing system (Jira Service Management) and internal documentation. It can auto-resolve common issues, guide users through troubleshooting, and escalate complex cases.
