About the project: Smartink is an e-commerce project that specializes in selling printer accessories. The company operates on a dropshipping model, allowing them to offer a wide range of products to their customers. Our primary task was to create a fully functional website using the WooCommerce platform and develop custom functional modules (plugins) based on the client's preferences.

Process and Solution: The project team consists of four members, including a QA specialist, two developers and DevOps specialist. We developed a custom theme for Smartink, completely overhauling it to align with their branding and enhance its functionality. About the project: The NDA Company provides a car rental application. The company's customers needed to physically visit the office to submit paperwork, which made the rental process complicated. Given the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, the client wanted to integrate a paperless module in the app that would eliminate the need for an in-person visit and allow for remote filing. Therefore, we were requested to provide a team of experts who would be able to implement the idea.

Process and Solution: A dedicated team, consisting of a project manager, backend developer and frontend developer, was assigned to analyze the existing application and determine the requirements for the paperless module. The first requirements were to digitize documents, enable online filing, integrate e-signature services, and simplify contactless car pickup. The backend developer created the API, implemented the necessary database structures, and incorporated the business logic to support the paperless module. Frontend Engineer developed user interfaces to provide a seamless user experience. Technologies such as AWS, MySQL, Laravel and PHP were used to create a robust and scalable solution.

The Result: By implementing the paperless module profitably, NDA Company has transformed its car rental operations. The project streamlined processes, eliminated physical filing and provided contactless solutions to adapt to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
