About the project: Smartink is an e-commerce project that specializes in selling printer accessories. The company operates on a dropshipping model, allowing them to offer a wide range of products to their customers. Our primary task was to create a fully functional website using the WooCommerce platform and develop custom functional modules (plugins) based on the client's preferences.

Process and Solution: The project team consists of four members, including a QA specialist, two developers and DevOps specialist. We developed a custom theme for Smartink, completely overhauling it to align with their branding and enhance its functionality. Currently, our team is focused on providing ongoing support for the website, ensuring its smooth operation and implementing new features as required. The website is optimized for both speed and search engine visibility, ensuring a smooth user experience and high rankings in search results.

The Result: The collaboration between our team and Smartlink resulted in a highly optimized e-commerce website that offers a seamless shopping experience for customers. Thanks to our efforts in improving the website's speed, Smartink now enjoys increased organic traffic and higher search engine rankings. The continuous support and addition of new features demonstrate our commitment to helping Smartink grow and adapt to evolving market needs.

About the project: Skypower is an international company and one of the major players in the renewable energy market worldwide, specializing in solar panels. The main objective of the project was to develop a catalog website for the company.

Process and Solution: The project team consisted of one backend developer, one frontend developer, and one tester. The backend developer was responsible for implementing the server-side functionalities and database integration, ensuring smooth data retrieval and management. The frontend developer focused on designing and developing the user interface, ensuring an intuitive and visually appealing experience for website visitors. The tester carried out comprehensive testing to identify and address any issues or bugs, ensuring the website's functionality and performance.

The Result: The collaboration resulted in the successful development of a catalog website for Skypower. The website showcased their range of solar panels and provided detailed information about their products and services. The user-friendly interface and seamless navigation allowed visitors to easily explore the catalog and find relevant information. The website effectively represented Skypower's brand and expertise in the renewable energy industry. 

About the project: MagicUA was an initiative to popularize Ukrainian mythology by digitizing it into a mobile application. The client's main objective was to create an engaging and educational experience for children.

Process and Solution: The project team consisted of 2 developers, 1 tester, and 1 project manager, and the development process spanned over a period of 3 months. The team collaborated closely to bring the concept to life. The developers worked on implementing the functionalities of the mobile application, ensuring smooth navigation, interactive features, and compatibility with AR technology. The testers tested the application to identify and resolve any bugs or issues, ensuring a seamless user experience. The project manager oversaw the entire development process, coordinating tasks and ensuring timely delivery.

The Result: The MagicUA project achieved popularity among its target audience. The mobile application captivated children by introducing them to Ukrainian mythology in an interactive and visually appealing manner. The incorporation of 3D models and the AR feature provided an immersive experience, allowing users to interact with the mythical heroes in their own surroundings. The positive reception and high demand for the application highlighted its success and effectiveness in engaging and educating children about Ukrainian mythology.

About the project: The NDA Company sought to create a presentation website for their health monitoring and physical activity tracking platform. Our team was tasked with developing the website and providing continuous support. The primary goal was to design an engaging and informative website that effectively showcased the platform's features and services.

Process and Solution: Our team consisted of one developer and a QA specialist. Leveraging HubSpot CMS, we carefully crafted the website's design and functionality to align with the Company's vision. We ensured that the website offered a seamless user experience, easy navigation, and compelling content that highlighted the platform's benefits and capabilities.

The Result: The Company's presentation website was successfully developed and launched, effectively promoting their health monitoring and physical activity tracking platform. The website's intuitive design and informative content captivated visitors, making it a valuable tool for attracting potential users and clients. About the project: Milla ERP, a rapidly growing manufacturing company, faced the challenge of implementing an effective order management control system. We were tasked with two objectives: to develop this control system as quickly as possible and  ensure its customization capabilities.

Process and Solution: Our team consisted of a team lead, a frontend developer, a backend developer, a tester, and a business analyst/designer. Collaborating closely with the company, we first established a detailed work plan. In just two and a half months, we successfully developed a ready-to-use product that met the company's requirements.

The Result: The resulting product is a multi-interface solution, meticulously designed to cater to the unique roles within the organization. It provides a seamless and efficient order management control, enabling Milla ERP to streamline their operations and enhance productivity. The customizable nature of the product ensures that it aligns perfectly with the company's specific needs, empowering users to perform their tasks effectively.

About the project: Spaice.ca is an ecosystem designed for interior designers. Our primary objective was to enhance and refine the existing software. 

Process and Solution: Our team consisted of two developers and one UI/UX designer. The technologies utilized for the project were React and Rust. Through this software, users can not only create interior designs but also generate invoices, manage projects, and store essential materials. We focused on developing features that would streamline the design process and provide comprehensive project management capabilities.

The Result: The collaboration between our team and Spaice.ca has led to a transformation in the interior design industry. By harnessing our expertise, we developed an innovative ecosystem that has enhanced the way designers work. The implementation of Spaice.ca has provided designers with a comprehensive platform that seamlessly integrates design creation, project management, invoicing, and material storage. This holistic approach has significantly improved the efficiency and productivity of interior designers, allowing them to handle all aspects of their work with ease.

About the project: It is a system designed for streamlining bureaucratic decision-making processes, serving as an electronic document management solution with a focus on internal approval workflows. The client approached us with the request to develop this system, and we assembled a team capable of transforming their idea into reality.

Process and Solution: Initially, we assigned one frontend developer to the project, and our technology stack comprised Java and React. The system was developed to facilitate the internal process of document approval and provide an efficient means of electronic document flow. As the project progressed, the client expanded the team, and we currently have five developers working on the project - three Java developers, one tester, and one frontend developer.

The Result: Our collaboration with this project has resulted in improvements in the efficiency of bureaucratic decision-making processes. By developing the system with a user-friendly interface and intuitive workflows, we successfully simplified and expedited internal approvals within the organization. The positive feedback received from users further validates the system's successful deployment, which has led to increased productivity and smoother operations for the client.

About the project: Hesh is an ERP system designed to automate textile manufacturing processes. The company approached us with the goal of developing a product that could fulfill the specific requirements of the textile industry. 

Process and Solution: In order to realize the ERP system, a skilled team was formed, consisting of 3 backend developers, 3 frontend developers, 2 mobile developers, a tester, and a DevOps specialist. The project was executed in distinct phases, starting with the comprehensive analysis of the concept and requirements. The team then proceeded to design intuitive frontend interfaces, establish a backend infrastructure, optimize database structures, integrate essential ERP functionalities, and conduct thorough system testing. By leveraging a combination of Java and Native technologies, the development of the ERP system was successfully completed within a 9-month timeframe.

The Result: With our assistance, the implementation of the Hesh ERP system has been a helpful solution in automating textile manufacturing processes. Its customizable nature empowers textile businesses to efficiently manage their production activities without requiring extensive programming knowledge. The introduction of Hesh has brought improvements to the company workflow by streamlining operations, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing overall productivity. The completion of this project within a 9-month timeframe exemplifies our team's commitment to delivering high-quality solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients.

About the project: Znayomci is a UA brand of board games whose products are based on research in social psychology. The company had a vision of expanding their reach and increasing sales by attracting new customers. To achieve this goal, they decided to create a mobile app, offering a digital version of their board games. The investment in app development proved successful, as it resulted in a significant return on investment within just three months. The app's primary objective is to provide users with an enjoyable and engaging experience, allowing them to immerse themselves in the games and experience positive emotions. Znayomci approached us with a request to assemble a capable team to turn this innovative idea into reality.

Process and Solution: To bring the game program to life, a team of two React Native developers, one Node.js developer, and one QA engineer was formed. Their tasks included analyzing the concept and requirements, designing frontend interfaces, implementing backend infrastructure and efficient database structures, incorporating game mechanics, and testing the application. Technologies such as React Native, Node.js, and MySQL were utilized to create a robust and interactive mobile application.

The Result: Our collaboration with Znayomci proved highly successful as we transformed their vision into a reality by developing an innovative mobile app for their board games. By leveraging our expertise in React Native, Node.js, and MySQL, we created a robust and interactive mobile application that allows users to immerse themselves in engaging gameplay and experience positive emotions. Our dedication to providing an enjoyable and seamless user experience contributed to the app's success, enabling the company to expand its customer base and drive growth.

About the project: The NDA Company provides a car rental application. The company's customers needed to physically visit the office to submit paperwork, which made the rental process complicated. Given the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, the client wanted to integrate a paperless module in the app that would eliminate the need for an in-person visit and allow for remote filing. Therefore, we were requested to provide a team of experts who would be able to implement the idea.

Process and Solution: A dedicated team, consisting of a project manager, backend developer and frontend developer, was assigned to analyze the existing application and determine the requirements for the paperless module. The first requirements were to digitize documents, enable online filing, integrate e-signature services, and simplify contactless car pickup. The backend developer created the API, implemented the necessary database structures, and incorporated the business logic to support the paperless module. Frontend Engineer developed user interfaces to provide a seamless user experience. Technologies such as AWS, MySQL, Laravel and PHP were used to create a robust and scalable solution.

The Result: By implementing the paperless module profitably, NDA Company has transformed its car rental operations. The project streamlined processes, eliminated physical filing and provided contactless solutions to adapt to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
