Describe your project in brief

Our main product is an online auction platform used for selling and leasing a wide range of state and municipal assets. Initially, we relied on a free UI Kit, but it quickly became outdated and didn’t meet our needs. We hired snig.digital to redesign the UX/UI and create a modern, user-friendly system optimized for mobile. The scope covered improvements for existing auction types, ideation and design of new ones, and the development of a scalable design system. The process included concept creation, feedback sessions with stakeholders and lawyers, detailed UI/UX for all auction types, documentation for developers, and ongoing support during and after development. Thanks to this collaboration, we significantly modernized the product, introduced new auction formats, reduced user errors, and made the platform intuitive across devices.

It’s honestly hard to point out anything negative. The team even exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, timing, and communication. At some stages our developers needed additional clarifications to implement the designs, but snig.digital always provided all the necessary details and support quickly, so the process stayed smooth.
