Be Health - is a one-family business, and I am the Owner of the business My friend from the same industry recommended them as a reliable partner in IT solutions. I was not very involved in all processes and stages, but I can tell that I have seen different design prototypes and confirmed the technical specification. Also, I had access to see the statuses of the project in real-time (that was very useful, I am a busy person and don't have time for hourly meetings, so I controlled all work from my laptop). I saw that everything was going step by step and in time. That was a team of 8 people, and I personally communicated with a project manager; the rest were software engineers and designers. The primary outcome - we have a beautiful and working website (even my wife and my friends told me that it is an excellent website). Also, I am receiving more income from the time when the website was realized.

We started with negotiations of the concept and the collection of the requirements. Then team provided us with the technical description of the store and a few mockups of it. After approving everything they start creating a solution. I think that we're about 10-12 people in the team who worked with us. I remember that were designers, project manager, analysts and developers. As a result, we launched a shop and receiving profit from it, I think that's the best outcome. Also, we don't have any technical issues on the customer journey (from going to the platform to making a payment and receiving goods), that's a good result.

We decided to develop a mobile application for our customers. The main request from our company was to create the best user interface and functionality. We received 5 different prototypes and mockups based on the customer journey map and analytics from the sst team. Based on the long and carefully choosing of the right solution we received an estimate of the development part. In the end, they delivered a great application. The team was about 12 to 15 people in our project (PM, BAs, UX/UI designers and software engineers). Also, results came immediately, I am as a head of client support saw results more than other departments. Thousand positive feedback from the customers regarding the application and how it works. I am the person who usually works with results. As a result, our customers are happy as well as the company so I can tell that communication and workflow were very effective.

First of all, they started with an audit and analysis of our medical network. In the next step, they provided 3 variants of different solutions with the already made prototypes of UX/UI and estimate for the development part. And on the last the started development with twice a week report system (that is amazing). We used about 30 different people, that was Project managers, Business Analysts, software engineers, QAs, Team Leads and architecture. To sum up we increased our results in management, sales and client support by almost 20%+ (that's very good for us). Also, SST proposed a lot of useful solutions for future development (which we will use) and opened our eyes to the pain points in our network. Communication and all processes are on a high level and we didn't have any problems with both. Everything was highly effective.

Power Gyms - are a network of fitness clubs with the 10 clubs in the region and we decided to create a custom CRM for us. The first and central parts were putting all our processes on paper (they used BPMN 2.0 for that) and creating the CJM, and then they provided a few variants of solutions, prototypes, and designs. As soon as we accepted them, they started to develop the solution. They use a fantastic project management instrument which allowed me and all my team to track all results of all steps with online access in real-time. Every communication, touch or step was highly professional and effective.

Great team, full of ambitions and useful solutions. We worked from that scratch. Starting from project prototyping to development. There were 24 people that worked on our project: 2 x business analysts 2 x UX/UI designers 1 x Project manager 1 x Team Lead 1 x DevOps 1 x Architecture 6 x Frontend developers 6 x Backend developers 2 x QA They always meet all deadlines and delivered clean code and one more great thing - they provided me access to the project management software (I was looking at all steps for all tasks statuses and I can tell that they are professional in their work).

"Fast Lab - a network of private medical laboratories. And we decided to develop a system to manage all medical tests from our clients. Our previous software was very old and not good, so we decided to create the software for our laboratories. A big part was to understand our needs and analyze what should be the best for us. Everything starts with hundred hours of communication with analysts and the creation of the project description and all technical documentation. When we accepted everything, the team gave us the estimate and started the development. The project involved a team of 26-28 different specialists. Personally, we worked with a project manager, business analyst, UX/UI Designers and team lead the rest was software engineers. As a result of the solution that sst created we finally reached the higher results of customer satisfaction, operational speed and increased amount of customers. Totally that system brings us more income."
