As the Head of IT Workforce, my role involves overseeing recruitment operations, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the successful placement and performance of skilled IT professionals.

Staff Augmentation® was founded to address a significant challenge faced by our clients: the difficulty in finding reliable, highly skilled programmers and experts. We typically follow a payment structure based on the FTEs mobilized for our client's project. Payments are due either monthly or quarterly, depending on the agreement. This structure provides flexibility and transparency, aligning costs directly with the resources dedicated to the project.
Do you accept projects that meet your basic budget requirements? If yes, what is the minimum budget requirement? If no, what is the minimum budget you have worked with in the past?
Yes, Staff Augmentation® accepts projects that meet our basic budget requirements, especially when we see the potential for significant impact. Our minimum budget is typically the equivalent of one FTE, allowing us to ensure the right level of focus and quality. While our core strength lies in larger engagements, we also take on smaller projects if they align with our long-term strategic goals.
Can you provide an overview of the price range (minimum and maximum) of the projects your company worked on in 2023?
In 2023, our projects ranged in scale from smaller engagements involving 1 FTE to larger initiatives with up to 40 FTEs on a single project. This flexibility allows us to effectively support diverse client needs, from focused solutions to more comprehensive, multi-team efforts.
