Customer satisfaction is one of the key areas as part of our delivery, we’ve customers who have been traveling with us for quite a long time and most of our business operates by word of mouth.
Our business mainly relies on feedback which helps to determine clients' expectations.
We take time to hear their needs and ideas before offering them the possible services. This can save everyone’s time and make customers feel heard.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have a 24*7 Support System to monitor our customer's applications and also our phone and email support executives are available to answer our customer queries.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, or Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions, etc.)
Mostly we work on Time and Material-Client pays for the work we do by end of the month. We also work on fixed projects when the scope of the project is defined well.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
We worked on projects ranging from $25 to $150 during 2021.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
I believe, that we will emerge into a huge company that has a significant impact on Web development and does intensely to give back to the users. I want Stepping EDGE to be the best Software company, assisting the world’s best brands in becoming successful in creating truly pioneering digital experiences.
