Challenge:
Due to the rapidly growing number of orders, which already exceeded 500 million a year, the company faced a communication problem between restaurants and food suppliers. It turned out that the industry didn’t have a suitable tool for orders in B2B, which both parties would use. 

Solution:
The solution was making a chat with an advanced product catalog and the ability to create both one-time and repeat orders with delivery and payment details. Also, partner restaurants have a lot of suppliers, who use different communication channels: from e-mail and SMS to popular instant messengers. Therefore, it was necessary to integrate the chat with as many popular services as possible for seamless interaction between the participants.

Result:
During the year of cooperation, we helped the client create a product of the highest quality, which hundreds of restaurants began to use at the final stages of development. Our expertise has expanded both in one more industry and in the use of popular services (such as Shopify).

Challenge:
Stfalcon.com's task was to create an SDK for Android and IOS mobile platforms based on Kotlin Multi-Platform for a crypto wallet.

Solution:
One of the tasks was to combine business logic and use the same code base on different platforms. To do this, we used Kotlin Multiplatform technology, which allowed us to use the same business models, processes, queries, internal data processing, and encryption on all target platforms.

Combining business logic has allowed:

• use the same methods to obtain and present data;
• identical handling of errors and intermediate states.

For example, high-precision digital values ​​are processed equally on both platforms.

Interfaces have been developed to interact with UI applications, the implementation of which will rigidly define states, data acquisition format, and errors.

Result:
We have managed to develop a ready-to-use SDK based on Kotlin Multiplatform. This SDK integrates business logic and encapsulates all internal processes responsible for encryption, storage, and authorization.

The challenge lay in developing the project from scratch, using a new design and modern technologies.

Solution:
Our team decided to register in such a way that users must indicate their status (before, during, or after pregnancy). This is important for selecting suitable exercises and programs for the system. If the woman is already pregnant, the platform asks her to fill in the pregnancy period and weight.

The business idea was separated into the main functionality:
Activities. Calendar. Timeline. In addition to information about users, the profile contains training guides, a guide for using the application, and useful resources from partners.

Result:
The Stfalcon team managed to develop a user-friendly platform in which it is easy to find the most suitable exercises, build a training program, and monitor your results, and the client received a system that is well monetized due to a flexible subscription system.

The challenge lay in designing CopeCart client apps to act as a utility to monitor e-sales performance, allow account holders to set goals, and receive notifications. The main non-functional requirement was the smooth operation of the app. "The interface should be smooth", said the customer.

Solution:
Developing native applications for existing businesses has many benefits. First, it is the ability to scale the product, and secondly - its stability and efficiency provide the use of best practices in app development. Third, finding a specialist to support and develop the product in the future will not be a significant problem. That's why we chose to develop native applications for CopeCart.

Result:
The team fully met the client's need for an app that demonstrates a "smooth interface", regardless of the number of graphics tabs he activated in the settings. All pages are loaded asynchronously, the data is rendered animated.

Challenge:
To transfer all the cash desk functionality to the payment kiosks and to make them as convenient and easy to operate as possible based on the best principles of UX. 

Solution: 
An interface design for Credit Agricole payment kiosks was developed and detailed operating scenarios for various cash operations have been created as well as screens for all the possible errors and notifications. The design variants developed were tested on a focus user group. All the drawbacks and benefits revealed as a result of the tested user experience were taken into consideration in the final design variant.

For the bank customers, we implemented authorization and the extended list of services. Noncustomers have quick and hassle-free access without authorization to the most popular services like topping up, cash deposits, and some others. Besides, the services for independent entrepreneurs were listed separately.

Result: 
The design from Stfalcon has fully satisfied the requirements and expectations of Credit Agricole and the team even went above and beyond the initial scope of the project suggesting custdev, which proved the design was ideally crafted.  The solution is now implemented on the client’s side.

The challenge lay in searching for the car ordering apps’ best patterns for the new product. After studying a dozen popular solutions, we figured out the features used most often and by many users. They are:
- home screen with preferred addresses
- car category selection with a fixed price
- a clear indication of the car selected
- after-trip review system

The service had to include a unique bonus system. A passenger receives bonuses after each ride and can use them for a discount ride or share with a friend.

Result: In the development process, we created a complete set of flexible services for launching the new system on the market. This will allow us to develop the business further and make the necessary alterations, optimizing, and scaling the system in the future.

Challenge: 
To create an application for appointment booking or online consultancy with the veterinarian for a Sweden company.

Solution:
Native applications were developed for Android and iOS with an intuitive interface and convenient functionality. In both cases, flexible architecture was used for development so that future changes in design or business logic alterations were simple and hassle-free.

Result:

• Creation of an App with a 4.9 rating on both The App Store and Google Play and more than 10,000 downloads in 6 months
• Total Vethem Sweden AB mobile app revenue in April 2019 exceeded 5,000 USD for iOS apps and 5000 USD for Android versions.

Busfor is an online ticket sales service that allows you to purchase tickets for domestic and international travel. It works in Ukraine, Russia, Europe, and South-East Asia. At the early stage, we helped this company to enter the mobile market by creating apps for iOS and Android as fast as possible.

Solution
The main task was to provide customers with a mobile application for buying tickets, moving away from using a mobile browser. Initially, Busfor had a working site with an adaptive layout that supported mobile phones. In mobile apps we decided to use WebView technology — it allowed us to develop and publish mobile apps in the AppStore and Play Market in the short term.

In addition to the site shell, we implemented authorization via phone number and sending notifications to the app. For example, a confirmation of payment for a ticket or a reminder of an upcoming travel.

Outcome
As a result, Busfor successfully entered the mobile market of bus ticket distribution. Now, the service brings together more than 5 thousand carriers on 20 thousand routes across Ukraine, CIS, and Europe.

Challenge:
to redesign the existing platform, which matches the people who need some services and those who carry them out.

Solution:
After the detailed project audit, cost, and risk estimation of redesign, it was decided to recreate the project from scratch, using the most advanced modern technologies. The platform consisting of a mobile app for Posters (for both iOS and Android), a mobile app for Runners (also for iOS and Android), and the Admin Panel on the Web was created.

The new system is realized on the Symphony framework, and PostgreSQL is used for DMBS. Additionally, several utilities were written for data transfer from Microsoft SQL Server to PostgreSQL.

Result:
All the system components were redesigned from scratch, the operational stability of the product was improved as well as the speed and convenience of the app and Admin Panel usage. What is important - all the users were preserved in the process of app redesign.

NIC.UA is one of the largest domain name registrar and hosting provider in Ukraine. Previously it was using a monolith server but together with NIC.UA team we have divided this system into backend and frontend parts. Now the service is flexible, scalable and has a smart domain search satisfying clients’ needs.

We were required to:

• Transfer website to Symfony PHP framework.
• Change domain search principles.
• Create a custom admin dashboard for managing website content.
• Introduce horizontal scaling and continuous integration.
• Implement websockets for faster search.

Challenge: 

to make a discovery stage to give the Artist a platform where he can be booked for a venue to perform. 

Solution:
We filled out Lean Model Canvas with the client and made a questionnaire for venues and artists to know better about work, life, and thoughts of their cooperation from firsthand experience. We built proto-personas and made CMJ separately for the venue and artist.

Result:
Except for prototypes for mobile apps, the client got the project charter where he can find all the results of our discovery phase, a description of our management and development process, possible risks, user stories, and the rough estimation of the project.

This is a service of goods delivery from foreign online stores. For several reasons, the first version of the site did not solve the customer's business objectives and the management of logistics company decided to do a full restart of the service. We were engaged to the development of a new version of the site, where in a short time it was necessary to:

• Make a new homepage design, redesign the entire interface;
• Rewrite a software engine from scratch on Symfony2;
• Make a custom admin dashboard for content management;
• Make an admin dashboard for warehouse operators;
• Implement multi-domain, multi-template and multi-language;
• Integrate website with external NPI (SOAP) service.

Nova Poshta, the Ukrainian company, during the past 16 years has become a market leader in the delivery and a driver of its development. The company actively works on the elaboration and improvement of user-friendly online services. Nova Posta and stfalcon.com cooperation was intended to substantially improve the current Personal Dashboard to bring the user experience to a next level.

Kyivstar is the biggest telecommunication operator in Ukraine providing communications and data services. Moreover, company expanded its business and in frame of corporate website launched online-store shop.kyivstar.ua which is specializing on smartphones, tablets, mobile phones, TV etc.

Kyivstar company has high requirements, that’s why a tender for the choice of the performer was held. There we 10 software development companies participating. Based on the results of the test task our company was announced as the best performer and we proceeded to cooperation.

Our task was to develop a series of landing pages for provided product list thereby increasing sales efficiency.

Maemo is an online rental service. With it, users can save time and money by renting things they need instead of buying extra stuff. Or they can rent out the things they don’t need at the moment and generate income.

The major aim of the project was to create the platform which makes rental process and user communication easy and comprehensible.

Triplook is a new service app in the sphere of tourism and dating with the elements of a social network. The service is aimed at helping users quickly find a fellow-traveler for long-distance trips or short vacation.

Stfalcon.com has developed a design and a mobile application for iOS and Android platforms. Server-end portion of the app was implemented on client’s side as a convenient and well-documented REST-API.

For instant messaging, we developed our own service for publisher’s event processing.  In our case, it is a core application which sends information about a new event (for example, notion about a new fellow-traveler) on the server. Realtime work service sends this even on the client:

— by sockets, if the user is online;

— by push notification or email, if the user is offline.

The advantage of this solution is in its simplicity and independence from programming language or framework: the messages between the servers are sent by AMPQ-protocol. Messages from the server on the client are sent by WebSocket protocol (RFC 6455).

We developed an on-demand service for calling the masseur.

The front of the project included interaction design, UI drawing, client mobile application development for Android and iOS, as well as development of applications for receiving orders by the masseur.

In addition, we developed a backend and an API for connecting mobile applications with the server.

UARoads is a startup created by stfalcon.com and probably our most favorite project. The quality of Ukrainian roads is far from being good — 95% of all roads are in unsatisfactory condition. Bad road surface increases the risk of traffic accidents and influences car maintenance costs. That’s why in 2013 we have launched our startup for drivers called UAroads.

SmartSeeds is a service connecting both cargo owners and cargo carriers in one system in order to complete mutually beneficial transactions on transportation of grains and oilseeds. Initially, it covers the territory of Russian Federation, but with time it is envisaged to work in other CIS countries too.

This service integrates several types of users at the same time. From one sight there are grain owners and grain traders. They are interested in cargo delivery from the elevator after harvesting to terminal or port from where this cargo is sent to destination. One of the features of transportation process is the volume. Cargo can reach up to thousands of tons and it is necessary to have many trucks available. Also, cargo can not be in stock for a long time and has to be collected in time.

Before the launch of SmartSeeds cargo owners that don’t have proper vehicles had to solve this problem with own efforts by searching carriers. Moreover generally more than one carrier is required to handle the transportation process in limited time due to big volumes of cargo.

KeepSnap is a service for photographers. As well as development of the platform itself, the project also involved mobile app development. The goal of the app was to provide KeepSnap users with additional features. The target audience included both photographers and people interested in their services.

We have developed an app from the ground up: created design for iOS and Android, developed API and apps and then published them on Google Play and AppStore.

The project goal was to create a mobile app for service that helps people to make appointments with doctors. Doctors can set up profiles and receive notifications when somebody has booked an appointment with them.

We created UI for the mobile app used by patients, designed iOS and Android versions and built native apps based on this design.

With thismo companies can create corporate messaging for their teams. Service offers mobile apps for end users. We have created mobile design and developed Android app in collaboration with the client’s back-end team.

The company takes care of the consistent use of the brand, network planning, pricing, marketing, sales and distribution, transportation department and customer service, while its regional bus companies are improving effectiveness focusing on high quality standards and Safety.

For 3 years we have participated in the development of a project together with CTO IT-MeinFernbus team.
