Challenge:
Due to the rapidly growing number of orders, which already exceeded 500 million a year, the company faced a communication problem between restaurants and food suppliers. It turned out that the industry didn’t have a suitable tool for orders in B2B, which both parties would use. 

Solution:
The solution was making a chat with an advanced product catalog and the ability to create both one-time and repeat orders with delivery and payment details. Also, partner restaurants have a lot of suppliers, who use different communication channels: from e-mail and SMS to popular instant messengers. Therefore, it was necessary to integrate the chat with as many popular services as possible for seamless interaction between the participants.

Result:
During the year of cooperation, we helped the client create a product of the highest quality, which hundreds of restaurants began to use at the final stages of development. Our expertise has expanded both in one more industry and in the use of popular services (such as Shopify).

Challenge:
Stfalcon.com's task was to create an SDK for Android and IOS mobile platforms based on Kotlin Multi-Platform for a crypto wallet.

Solution:
One of the tasks was to combine business logic and use the same code base on different platforms. To do this, we used Kotlin Multiplatform technology, which allowed us to use the same business models, processes, queries, internal data processing, and encryption on all target platforms.

Combining business logic has allowed:

  • use the same methods to obtain and present data;
  • identical handling of errors and intermediate states.

For example, high-precision digital values ​​are processed equally on both platforms.

Interfaces have been developed to interact with UI applications, the implementation of which will rigidly define states, data acquisition format, and errors.

Result:
We have managed to develop a ready-to-use SDK based on Kotlin Multiplatform. This SDK integrates business logic and encapsulates all internal processes responsible for encryption, storage, and authorization.

First, it is the ability to scale the product, and secondly - its stability and efficiency provide the use of best practices in app development. Challenge:
To transfer all the cash desk functionality to the payment kiosks and to make them as convenient and easy to operate as possible based on the best principles of UX. 

Solution: 
An interface design for Credit Agricole payment kiosks was developed and detailed operating scenarios for various cash operations have been created as well as screens for all the possible errors and notifications. The design variants developed were tested on a focus user group. All the drawbacks and benefits revealed as a result of the tested user experience were taken into consideration in the final design variant.

For the bank customers, we implemented authorization and the extended list of services. Noncustomers have quick and hassle-free access without authorization to the most popular services like topping up, cash deposits, and some others. Besides, the services for independent entrepreneurs were listed separately.

Result: 
The design from Stfalcon has fully satisfied the requirements and expectations of Credit Agricole and the team even went above and beyond the initial scope of the project suggesting custdev, which proved the design was ideally crafted.  The solution is now implemented on the client’s side.

Busfor is an online ticket sales service that allows you to purchase tickets for domestic and international travel. It works in Ukraine, Russia, Europe, and South-East Asia. At the early stage, we helped this company to enter the mobile market by creating apps for iOS and Android as fast as possible.

Solution
The main task was to provide customers with a mobile application for buying tickets, moving away from using a mobile browser. Initially, Busfor had a working site with an adaptive layout that supported mobile phones. In mobile apps we decided to use WebView technology — it allowed us to develop and publish mobile apps in the AppStore and Play Market in the short term.

In addition to the site shell, we implemented authorization via phone number and sending notifications to the app. For example, a confirmation of payment for a ticket or a reminder of an upcoming travel.

Outcome
As a result, Busfor successfully entered the mobile market of bus ticket distribution. Now, the service brings together more than 5 thousand carriers on 20 thousand routes across Ukraine, CIS, and Europe.

Challenge:
to redesign the existing platform, which matches the people who need some services and those who carry them out.

Solution:
After the detailed project audit, cost, and risk estimation of redesign, it was decided to recreate the project from scratch, using the most advanced modern technologies. The platform consisting of a mobile app for Posters (for both iOS and Android), a mobile app for Runners (also for iOS and Android), and the Admin Panel on the Web was created.

The new system is realized on the Symphony framework, and PostgreSQL is used for DMBS. Additionally, several utilities were written for data transfer from Microsoft SQL Server to PostgreSQL.

Result:
All the system components were redesigned from scratch, the operational stability of the product was improved as well as the speed and convenience of the app and Admin Panel usage. What is important - all the users were preserved in the process of app redesign.

Triplook is a new service app in the sphere of tourism and dating with the elements of a social network. The service is aimed at helping users quickly find a fellow-traveler for long-distance trips or short vacation.

Stfalcon.com has developed a design and a mobile application for iOS and Android platforms. Server-end portion of the app was implemented on client’s side as a convenient and well-documented REST-API.

For instant messaging, we developed our own service for publisher’s event processing.  In our case, it is a core application which sends information about a new event (for example, notion about a new fellow-traveler) on the server. Realtime work service sends this even on the client:

— by sockets, if the user is online;

— by push notification or email, if the user is offline.

The advantage of this solution is in its simplicity and independence from programming language or framework: the messages between the servers are sent by AMPQ-protocol. Messages from the server on the client are sent by WebSocket protocol (RFC 6455).

Bad road surface increases the risk of traffic accidents and influences car maintenance costs. That’s why in 2013 we have launched our startup for drivers called UAroads.

SmartSeeds is a service connecting both cargo owners and cargo carriers in one system in order to complete mutually beneficial transactions on transportation of grains and oilseeds. Initially, it covers the territory of Russian Federation, but with time it is envisaged to work in other CIS countries too.

This service integrates several types of users at the same time. From one sight there are grain owners and grain traders. They are interested in cargo delivery from the elevator after harvesting to terminal or port from where this cargo is sent to destination. One of the features of transportation process is the volume. Cargo can reach up to thousands of tons and it is necessary to have many trucks available. Also, cargo can not be in stock for a long time and has to be collected in time.

Before the launch of SmartSeeds cargo owners that don’t have proper vehicles had to solve this problem with own efforts by searching carriers. Moreover generally more than one carrier is required to handle the transportation process in limited time due to big volumes of cargo.

KeepSnap is a service for photographers. As well as development of the platform itself, the project also involved mobile app development. The goal of the app was to provide KeepSnap users with additional features. The target audience included both photographers and people interested in their services.

We have developed an app from the ground up: created design for iOS and Android, developed API and apps and then published them on Google Play and AppStore.
