Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.

StreakByte is a Top Rated Augmented and Virtual Reality Game Development Agency that provides Mobile Application and Web Development Services to build top-notch digital solutions for a diverse clientele of Solopreneurs, Startups, and Enterprises.
We already have happy and extremely satisfied clients. However, we are always open to prospects with a next-generation perspective looking to expand their business. We blend creativity and innovation to enhance our client’s business ideas.
Our development portfolio is diverse. Mainly we have served in sectors like automobiles, art & media, retail, education, gaming, health, real estate, and the infrastructure sector.

I am Rahul Chauhan, Co-founder, and CEO of StreakByte. I started my career in web development with an IT firm based out of Ahmedabad. I gained experience managing a team and bringing new technologies to the market. Based on this background of technical and managerial expertise in software development and a determination to build a technology-first company, StreakByte is the first business I founded with my partner Jayesh Rathod in 2018, and we have never looked back.

What is the story behind starting this company?

In 2017, we noticed the trend of revolutionary technological advancements in Gaming and Virtual Reality Software Development and a shortage of skilled Unity developers. However, on paper, our journey began in 2018.

We noticed how startups and enterprises struggled to create quality software and compete with next-generation technology pioneers. We wanted to build on the trend and take the challenge of offering prospects the opportunity to deliver innovative solutions to their customers. Fortunately, I met my co-founder Jayesh Rathod who had a similar vision, and our values aligned.

We took the initiative to fill this shortage by building a skilled AR/VR Development team to make it globally accessible. And since then, the journey has been challenging but full of growth and learning. And we look forward to being part of the global companies revolutionizing the Indian tech sector.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

We have a passionate team of in-house Unity AR/VR and Game Developers, 3D artists, Web Developers, and Graphics Designer. We are a one-stop solution for a vendor looking for the successful completion of a futuristic project.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

See, if you have the required skills and attitude to deliver quality work, then there is no competition. Right now the challenge is finding AR/VR developers. However, the trend is booming right now with huge investments and innovation.

Mainly we are approached for Augmented Reality & Virtual Reality Development. However, the requirement for developing technologies like Unity3d Development, Vuforia, Game Development, Metaverse, Web3, Unity Integration, PHP, Backend Development, and SocketIO/NodeJS Server is on the rise too.

What is your customer satisfaction rate, according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

We have 97% customer satisfaction across our clientele. We believe communication is the key. And our goal to form a long-term client relationship is primarily responsible for our client’s satisfaction. We also take bi-weekly feedback sessions with our clients to learn what worked, what didn’t, and how it can improve.

We are consistent with results and our passion reflects that, enabling our teams to continue working on the most innovative applications we develop.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

We offer diverse support systems, such as Data-Driven DSS, Knowledge-driven DSS & Communication-driven.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

As Metaverse and AR/VR are still evolving, the development process of delivering an excellent project starts from requirements gathering and clarity of idea. With this approach, we have successfully delivered one-time projects and long-term projects. And we follow milestone-based payments.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

Again, as I mentioned above AR/VR is still evolving, if we like the idea and it passes our feasibility study we do it. We have done one-time projects starting from $500.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?

Like the previous successful years even this year, we delivered projects ranging between $500-$100000+.

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

We plan to scale our operations over the upcoming years. We look forward to forming significant partnerships and growing our engineering teams, establishing globally, and enhancing our service models. We're always looking for ways to improve our service delivery and offer our clients the best fulfillment of services to help them achieve their objectives.
