Kindly share your feedback on how GoodFirms has been doing so far in increasing your visibility among potential clients.
GoodFirms is one of the potential companies that has helped us to increase our reach to our potential clients and showcase our services to them. Clients can gauge our potential and authenticity as they showcase true testimonials from clients.
Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
I started this organization with a vision to use my past experience of 10+. Years in IT working with various clients in multiple domains. Idea was to get the best talent from the industry and provide a pool of dedicated talented developers that can see the vision behind any product we develop for our clients and just not developing something that has been asked. It’s always better to get into the business insights and get a deep dive into the industry where the product belongs to and provide a solution that only not helps clients to automate their work but also keeps them up in the competitive race.
What is the story behind starting this company?
The main vision is always to provide quality services under an affordable price range. There have been many people that I have faced in the past while working for organizations who couldn’t get their products done due to lack of a certain budget or any other non-affordable costs. I always wanted them to get an MVP done at least so they can see it live and go into the market to see the viability of their dream. It never means that we are cheap service providers but yes we deliver products or try to do the same at affordable costs. Also we have a very passionate team that is always willing to go over an extra mile to get things done in a proper manner thus reducing launch time and promise great success.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We always believe in in-house developers as we have set standards to be followed to make sure we deliver what we promise.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
As I have mentioned above as well we believe in getting into the business along with the client so we are standing beside them when developing and delivering the product. It’s not about just developing a website or an app or game but it’s about whatever is being developed should follow latest trends.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We try to cater to as many industries as we can as clients come from multiple domains to us so we are not fixed to any domain. We always first get business and domain insights from clients with our expert Business Analysis team. We have around 80-85% client retention.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Clients mostly approach us for the following services:
- End to end product development for startup
- Enterprise solutions
- Mobile Apps development
- Customized portals based on business needs
- Websites
- Games Development
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
I firmly believe it's above 95% in terms of satisfaction. There are various approaches like doing a strong analysis of the business of the client, getting all the documentation done for tech stack/deliverables, checkpoints on execution, and a firm delivery process ensuring a min downtime.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We always welcome our clients if they run into any kind of issues post-development and handover. We have a bug-free support time and after that as well we have ad-hoc support models clients can use to get their queries resolved quickly.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We usually work on a time and material basis where clients pay us for the time consumed by the team weekly or monthly they have hired and alongside we have fixed cost models as well where clients pay us per milestone approvals.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
As I said this was the vision to cater to clients which may have a bit of constraint over the budget and we try to sort an MVP of the product that can be produced in the client's specified budget that can be helpful to the client to see the working model of the product.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
It ranged between 2k USD – 50k USD.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
I usually like to progress in smaller steps but yes I would be happy if we are standing in the front line with some of the bigger giants in IT with a team of around 500+ employees.
