Earlier, most of our processes like billing, inventory tracking, and supply chain management were handled manually, which often led to errors, delays, and loss of efficiency. Our goal was to bring everything into one integrated system that could make our business faster, more reliable, and easier to scale.

Sulonya Technologies built a complete solution for us. They automated inventory management with real-time updates and low-stock alerts, integrated our POS and billing with the warehouse and online sales, and set up automated purchase orders and vendor coordination. They also created customer engagement tools like loyalty programs and automated email/SMS campaigns. On top of that, we now have business intelligence dashboards with clear insights on sales, stock, and demand forecasting.
