Exceptional mastery of Epic FHIR; always available for our MyChart integration. Highly recommended.
Our experience with them was exceptional from start to finish, particularly regarding the high-stakes integration of our third-party patient engagement app with Epic MyChart. Integrating via the FHIR R4 standard can be a daunting process, but their team demonstrated a level of technical mastery that significantly de-risked the project.
What stood out most was their accessibility; they were always available to troubleshoot complex data mapping issues or provide strategic advice on OAuth 2.0 authentication flows. They didn't just write code; they acted as a true partner, navigating the rigorous security requirements of the Epic Showroom (App Orchard) with ease. Their ability to translate complex interoperability requirements into a seamless user experience for our patients was impressive. We were more than satisfied with the final product, which has maintained 100% uptime and high data integrity since launch.
