Robin Sharma is my project manager. Words will never describe how amazing he was and is to this project. We are continually trying to improve the improve the app and make very minor changes. They're great at communicating and always there when I need them.

The project has been on budget. I've had some additional requests, and Tech FusionEra has been on top of everything. We haven't had to deal with anything out of our control that needed more hours to pivot. The team has taken those costs themselves and hasn't asked me to pay more. We had to delay the app's release slightly because I wanted to do extra things, and something that was out of our control. However, I haven't had issues because I'm not rushing. We've gone back and forth with the app, but everything has been clear, professional, and timely. Tech FusionEra updates me on the progress with weekly reports, so I don't need to chase anyone. The team has also shared a three-page slide deck report through email. We had many video calls at the beginning of the project, where the team understood what I wanted the app to do and how I wanted the screens to look. After that, we had calls twice a week, which became weekly calls. Now, we mainly communicate through email or WhatsApp.

We had a dedicated project manager who stayed in constant contact with us, always keeping us updated and answering questions right away. They stuck to the timeline like clockwork, which was huge for us since we had tight deadlines to meet.

They provided a PM an BA that was able to gather our requirements and communicate them to the engineers. They had QA team that were able to test solutions and demonstrate them back to us.

As the founder for a startup can be challenge and lonely road. Tech FusionEra's was breath of fresh air and no exceptional elite professionals but they treated me as family, exceptional experience in very fast paced environment their attention to detail is unmatched.

Tech FusionEra nailed it when it came to fitting into our team. We went with a staff augmentation approach and it felt like they were always part of our team. They were in on all our sprint meetings, just like any other engineer we had. They were always around during our usual working hours. If we had a question or needed something, they were just a message away - super responsive. It was like having an extra team member who was always ready to jump in. Everything was delivered on time, and it really felt like they got what we needed and were there to make it happen.

Tech FusionEra delivered on time and on budget, and they communicated well with us. We used Jira, Slack, Google Docs, and email to collaborate — there were quite a few tools involved.

Due to the custom nature of the project, many of the tasks involved significant trial and error. Deliverables were reported on time, but we often had to have them go back and rework the issue a few times. This was expected and not seen as a problem in any way. They were always very responsive, providing a reply with one business day.
