However, users sometimes have trouble locating content that fits their specific tastes despite Youtube’s vast options. Meadow was created as a solution to this problem, giving users a unique experience when searching and exploring content on YouTube. By using sophisticated algorithms and user preferences, Meadow allows its users to create watch breaks and personalized suggestions that match each person’s interests and viewing patterns. This case study delves into how Meadow website was developed, its various features and the advantages it brings, showcasing how it could change the way users interact with online videos.

Problem statement:

The current YouTube recommendation algorithm is unable to offer custom recommendations to particular audiences. Techstack Digital’s team was faced with the challenge of designing their website in a more personalized and engaging manner. As finding educational content for young viewers or students is also a difficult task. while repeated or irrelevant content takes away the overall viewing experience making it harder to find fresh and interesting content. An approach to customize YouTube recommendations to each user’s individual interests and preferences is obviously needed in order to improve browsing and increase platform engagement.

Solution:

We conducted comprehensive study and analysis as our first step for designing Meadow website. We examined YouTube’s current recommendation algorithm in-depth to learn about its weaknesses and strengths. We defined Meadow’s goals, with an emphasis on boosting content discovery, increasing engagement and improving user experience. We worked on ads and suggestion features to improve content for viewers. Learning content, educational videos and also personalized content was the primary objective of our project. To guarantee Meadow’s usability, performance and functioning on various devices and browsers was carried out through rigorous testing and quality assurance while designing the overall website with high-fidelity design that boosted their sign up goals.

Overview:

AutoTrader is an Azerbaijani startup that provides customers in Asia and Africa access to car auctions in the­ U.S. and the Middle East. AutoTrader holds online auctions through CoPart and IAAI where­ they offer old, wholesale­ and repairable vehicle­s to customers worldwide, from individual buyers to major automotive­ companies. AutoTrader offers various service­s to car dealers to help them process and sell repairable­ vehicles online.The development process of an automotive company’s website will be explored in this case study. The focus will be on designing, building, and launching a robust website specifically tailored to the unique needs of the automotive auction industry. The primary objective was to create and implement an intuitive platform where visitors seamlessly explore various catalogs and bid for the vehicles which will be facilitated and forwarded to the respective Auction.

Design:

Our team began the process by designing the UI of the website that is both user-centric and efficient. We focused on facilitating easy navigation for the visitors to find their desired car models and also delivered the relevant information. We achieved this by intuitively combining robust search features with an extensive range of filters that can help users fine-tune their exact searches. Furthermore, our UI design also empowers users to engage in bidding for their chosen vehicles and to get an estimate on custom and shipping costs. To ensure a great user experience for their web application we used hi-fidelity designs to create their Homepage, Search Page, Car details, and bidding page.

Solution:

To build the Auction Scrapper we utilized Python and Scrappy-based subsystems for a seamless experience that systematically extracts data from CoPart and IAAI auction sites. Its primary focus is to gather information on low-damage vehicles that will be auctioned in the course of the coming two weeks. Once the data collection process is done, it will be then rendered according to AutoTrader’s internal data format for flawless integration. Our Technological Stack for Backend and Frontend development included:

Our highly intuitive and user-friendly web app resulted in more e­ngaged users, simplified me­nu, clear call-to-action buttons, and advanced search with auto-sugge­st made it easier for use­rs to navigate the site and find spe­cific auction listings. Transparency and trust among potential buyers we­re greatly enhance­d and made­ it easier for customers to make­ decisions, boosting their trust in Auto Trader deals. The­ positive fe­edback from use­rs indicated a rise in consumer satisfaction, confirming the­ success of the website­.

OphyCare was founded by a group of technology experts and healthcare professionals with the goal of removing the language gap between patients and healthcare providers in the US. Considering the growing demand for an efficient healthcare experience, OphyCare is an intuitive website that is designed to facilitate online consultation and appointment processes for non-English speaking patients in their native language.Previously known as Ez Health, the main goal of OphyCare was to redefine its brand identity and enhance the user experience. Having the potential to transform the way patients experience healthcare in the US, their innovative healthcare model was headed in the right direction with Techstack Digital’s Team. We conducted an extensive analysis of their platform to streamline their design approach and give a more efficient, accessible, and high-quality user-friendly experience for their patients.

Problem statement:

In the US, people often face major challenges while seeking medical care due to language barriers, especially making it difficult for senior citizens to communicate their health issues efficiently. Even with technological advancements, many people still face difficulties when trying to make appointments and seek advice from healthcare experts. Ez Health, healthcare model due to its unattractive design and dull user interface, was facing a high bounce rate and low user engagement while following some more serious problems:

Solution:

Our team started off the process by intelligently dividing it into simple steps that include understanding, defining, ideating, designing, and testing. We conducted stakeholder interviews to gain a deep understanding of their expectations and goals followed by a comprehensive competitive and comparative analysis of their competitors. Then to define certain designs and aspects and user personas, we gathered more information by conducting user interviews and a better understanding of their existing site map. We design multiple ideation processes that target their specific requirement for all possible solutions available while focusing on low-fidelity wireframing. 

Moving on to the designing phase we put our emphasis on high-fidelity design while also integrating market research and analysis of demographics and certain healthcare requirements in various US regions, especially for the non-English speaking population. We incorporated the feature of multi-language options to allow patients of different backgrounds and mother tongues to avail various services in a hassle-free manner. In close collaboration with designers, we successfully revamped Ez Health website to OphyCare with a simple yet highly attractive user-friendly interface that includes advanced features like online medical care features, appointment scheduling, patient sign-up and verification, EMR, nearest pharmacy and medical provider, etc. Finally, the website went live after thorough testing and quality checks.
