UI/UX DESIGN FOR ADAPPTOR

The primary objective was to review and audit and existing software product from a user experience and user interface design perspective. Taking the product through every user journey and using the product in a variety of settings.

Key deliverables included:

a detailed report of key findings
feedback on each product feature within the context of each different user persona
their respective, expected journey of using the software product.

Several UX and UI improvements were identified, with great suggested solutions that directly led to increased usage and positive experience with the software product. In addition, many of the existing features and UI/UX of that app were confirmed as being positive and good solutions which allowed us to feel confident in the existing implementation and not continue to spend additional time and money iterating through alternative solutions.
