Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the company?
Techcrista Technology is one of the fastest-growing business entities. It develops from small to large-scale softwares. It is mainly focused on research-based projects. It is currently helping many startups, businesses, governments, and individuals around the world. As a CEO, I have to take care of many things like big client acquisition, hiring, culture, team build-up, company’s vision, and mission.
What was the idea behind starting this organization?
Actually, it was by accident. I, and my partner (Yogesh Patel), are visionaries. We always look for advanced technology for a better world. We had planned for a few startups in 2014, but due to a weak financial situation, we were forced to enter into the service-based industry. It’s been five years. We have invested 100 dollars, and now, earning more than 200K dollars in just four years. Now, you can imagine the rate of returns. We are working on multiple startups. We are planning to launch it soon. We are still doing an extreme level of hard work. Sometimes we had even worked for more than 20 hours a day continuously for a week.
What is your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are totally against outsourcing or third-party vendors. We focus on the in-house team only. Most of the revenue of TechCrista is generated from well known or funded startups, and outsourcing will break the quality that is required for startups. Even a few projects are based totally on research. So, we want to grow as the fastest-growing in-house team with the best culture.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
Most of the companies focus only on client acquisition while TechCrista focuses on best support with quality and speedy development, having budget limits. TechCrista provides zero-hour support. Our quality support and reducing the communication gap is helping us to achieve our desired goals.
