What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They don't act like they know things when they don't. They are transparent and will help guide in the event they are not sure. They will then continue to research on their end in hopes of providing the solution.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Timezones can be tricky but they try and work around my schedule to the best of their ability.
