If we had to be nitpicky, we would say that Techtegy is almost too perfect. They delivered everything on time, within budget, and with impeccable quality. But in all seriousness, we couldn't find anything that they should improve on. Maybe they could try being a little less perfect so that the rest of us don't feel so inadequate.
If we had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be to provide more regular progress updates, but this was a minor point in an otherwise flawless experience.
