Worked better than expected. Less stress. More structure.
Honestly, we thought this would take weeks. It didn’t. We had local numbers set up in under 48 hours. IVR was built in less than a day. Calls started coming in. And just worked. Customers reached the right people. Support agents were less overwhelmed. It’s one of those things that quietly solves a bunch of problems at once. We barely had to think about it after launch. Which is ideal.

We needed local phone lines. For VAT support. In multiple countries. Without renting offices. Teliqon helped us do that. Fast. Clean. With full control over routing and call flow.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
They don’t overcomplicate things. You need a number? You get it. You want to test routing? It’s there. You mess up IVR logic? You can fix it yourself. It’s that kind of product. Also – their support replies like real humans. Which is refreshing.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
