Describe your project in brief
We worked with TelTalk from Feb till around end of May during the rush for the Hungarian citizenship applications and family reunification. It was honestly crazy at first with the amount of people asking questions and needing help. Their team handled support for us and replied to clients through email and messages. They picked things up fast and were clear with people. We didn’t have to follow up with them much. They flagged any serious cases to our internal team and helped us keep things running smooth. The stress was way less having them onboard. Would definitely work with them again if things get that busy.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
What we liked most was how quickly they adapted and took ownership without needing constant follow-up. They felt more like part of our team than an outside company.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Sometimes there was a slight delay in replies during peak hours, but nothing major and they always caught up by the end of the day.
