TelTalk has done an excellent job of screen potential clients.

We've worked with several people in the customer service department. Everyone has been extremely helpful, TelTalk answers my phones during normal business hours. TelTalk schedules the caller a consultation, gives them directions as to payment, and then relays all pertinent information to me. They schedule the appointments directly into my calendaring system as well as enter the contact information into my management software. We have had more new client consultations booked since TelTalk began answering the phones. We also have more qualified leads since they do such an excellent job of screen potential clients.

Integrated sensitive Services

They formed a well-combined team, did not need much time to be integrated, and took full control in communicating with the clients, including emailing and messaging in both Arabic and English. They were diplomatic, serious and dictionized in any encounter. The thing that impressed the most was that they managed to grasp even our working process and immediately refer complicated or sensitive cases to our regular team without any delays.

The co-operation also alleviated immense demands on our employees which permitted us to concentrate more on an application processing task instead of an identical request. TelTalk was truly an extension of our team as compared to outsourced service provider.

We started working with TelTalk in April 2025 to help us manage support for students applying to study in Europe and their parents. The volume of messages and questions was high, and their team helped a lot with handling follow-ups, answering questions about universities and majors, and calming worried parents. They also did cold calls to parents who showed interest but hadn’t taken action yet. Thanks to that, three students have already traveled and started studying abroad.
