TelTalk handled our client support during the citizenship rush and really eased the pressure on us.

We started working with TelTalk during the Hungarian citizenship and family reunification period from February to May, and it honestly came just in time. We were overwhelmed with messages, calls, and confused clients, and their team jumped in and handled support without needing much from our side. They quickly understood how things work, responded to clients in both English and Arabic, and kept communication clear and respectful. They also flagged complicated cases for us to follow up on. The pressure dropped a lot once they came in, and we were able to focus more on processing applications instead of answering the same questions all day.

We worked with TelTalk from Feb till around end of May during the rush for the Hungarian citizenship applications and family reunification. It was honestly crazy at first with the amount of people asking questions and needing help. Their team handled support for us and replied to clients through email and messages. They picked things up fast and were clear with people. We didn’t have to follow up with them much. They flagged any serious cases to our internal team and helped us keep things running smooth. The stress was way less having them onboard. Would definitely work with them again if things get that busy.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

What we liked most was how quickly they adapted and took ownership without needing constant follow-up. They felt more like part of our team than an outside company.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Sometimes there was a slight delay in replies during peak hours, but nothing major and they always caught up by the end of the day.

TelTalk handled student and parent support, making the whole process smoother and less stressful.

We started working with TelTalk in April 2025 to help us manage support for students applying to study in Europe and their parents. The volume of messages and questions was high, and their team helped a lot with handling follow-ups, answering questions about universities and majors, and calming worried parents. They also did cold calls to parents who showed interest but hadn’t taken action yet. Thanks to that, three students have already traveled and started studying abroad. Their communication is clear, friendly, and respectful, and they became an essential part of our team during this process.

We’re working with TelTalk to handle customer support and outbound calling for our European study programs. The project started in April 2025 and is still ongoing. TelTalk helps us support students and parents with questions about universities, majors, and visa paperwork. They also handle cold calls to parents who showed interest before, helping them take the next step. So far, three students have already traveled and started studying in Europe thanks to these efforts. The team is responsive and understands how to talk to families in a respectful and simple way, which really helps build trust.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They’re quick to respond, handle both parents and students with care, and never made things feel robotic or scripted.

Sometimes there were small delays in response time when things got very busy, but they always caught up fast.
