Describe your project in brief

Our company undertook a 6-month project to implement Salesforce Sales Cloud in order to improve the way we manage leads, track opportunities, and oversee our sales pipeline. We needed a centralized CRM system that would bring better visibility and structure to our growing sales operations.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They were super responsive and patient. No matter how many times we went back and forth on something, they stayed calm and worked with us to find the best solution. Their communication was really clear, which helped a lot.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Not much to complain about, honestly. In the beginning, we had to push a bit for documentation, but once we brought it up, they were quick to fix it.
