The Tous

The Tous (a brand of Grid IT Solutions) is a 7-person web development studio based in Noida, India. Since 2018, we've shipped 150+ projects for D2C brands, B2B businesses, and ecommerce companies across India and the United States.

We focus on three core services:

1. Custom Web Development — Built on Next.js, React, and Node.js for B2B businesses, SaaS startups, and service companies that need more than a template.

2. Shopify Development — Custom theme builds, migrations from WooCommerce/Magento, and conversion optimization for D2C brands. Recent work includes Silvago (silver jewellery, 0.7% to 2.4% conversion lift), Caselulu (rebuild that removed 12+ apps), and Luxeliv (luxury lifestyle).

3. CRM & Web Apps — Internal dashboards, sales pipelines, and custom workflows. We've delivered 5 CRMs in the last 8 months including aviation (KB Enterprise), pet grooming (Oh My Pet), and dental clinic management (Ujjwal Dental).

We don't do paid ads, SEO content writing, or branding/logo design as primary services — we focus on what we do best and refer to specialist agencies for the rest.
