Zendrya Boutique is a fashion retail business expanding from a physical store to an online eCommerce platform. Great partners to have on your side

I was referred from a colleague to give this team a try since she received great results from them. The team of Ishani and Vish took their time with me to answer all of my questions with such positive attitude, reassuring me I will receive great SERP results by working with them. Start with the basics. Before we begin the search we need to decide what the desired outcome will be from this new relationship. What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a project?
We defined the goal of the client before deciding on any cost for Project. If the client has a limited budget and wants to run the successful Digital Marketing Activity, then we can set up a strategy based on that only and that to make sure client ROI is maintained. On the other side, if the client has a good amount of budget to run the Digital Marketing Campaign then we can establish a strategy based on that and segregate the budget according to the client's expectations.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
We worked under two model one is the Fixed Cost Project Model in which invoice get cleared on a Monthly to Monthly bases and the second Model is the Hourly Model in which, we quote the hours based on the efforts will take. In the Hourly Model, we use Hubstaff as Time Tracking tools so clients see how many hours of works have been done and what would be the billable hours. The customer has a wide range of payment options, they can pay via PayPal, Payoneer & 3rd Party Marketplace such as Upwork, Guru and etc.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
Min starting range of the project in 2020 was $300/ A month and goes up to $3000/ A Month. This is again based on the demand for the service client is seeking from us.
