Executive Interview of Travancore Analytics

Since 2007, I have served as the CEO of Travancore Analytics (TA). As CEO, I have spearheaded TA's initiatives to identify and implement functional solutions that take advantage of the transformative nexus of technological forces like digitalization, Extended Reality, the Internet of Things, Cloud, Data Analytics, AI, and so on. The most significant aspect of my work, in my opinion, is to elevate the organization into an innovative and technological powerhouse fuelled by superior quality solutions and excellent customer orientation. Furthermore, as the head of an organization with over 300 employees, it is my responsibility to make sure that everyone enjoys their time at the office. I firmly believe that a good working environment is essential to eliciting the best performance from my teams, and as a result, we strive to foster a creative and supportive space to work in.
Yes, the great majority of our clients are repetitive. We frequently have many active engagements with the same client and maintain long-term relationships with the vast majority of them. Most of the clients who have engaged us in the past have come back to us for further work on the same project or have expanded their business with us into a number of other endeavors. We do have customers who have been with us ever since we started. When we look at the numbers, about 60% of our customers return with new projects, while we make 40% of our progress with new customers every year.
Client management begins with understanding the customer's needs, even if the client has little idea of the exact needs. Then, we make sure they have all they need to make well-informed choices. We put ourselves in the client's shoes so as to provide them with a solution that will last and be to their benefit over the long haul. We provide the customer with a clear picture of what's going on in the project by providing them with an accurate roadmap of all the procedures and ensuring they know what to expect as the project develops. Transparency is also a principle we firmly uphold. We establish trustworthy partnerships with our customers by being transparent about everything from price to terms of service to the duration of our agreements. We also make sure to offer a variety of customer care channels, so that our clients may get in touch with our staff and receive consistent updates and support on any topic.
We also work on the Time and Material model, where the features and enhancements are not set in stone but rather are subject to regular additions. In the midst of development, it is possible to make adjustments to the project's scope, needs, and cost, as well as to establish new priorities and obtain updated cost estimates.
