There's little to improve; the only challenge was the time zone gap, which we managed by providing feedback during the day for overnight work.

Build a New Shopify Website & Migration from Old One

We had a great experience with TrooInbound (TI) and once we found a good communication method (using a combination of Figma, Slack and Trello), the project made good progress. It was a much bigger project than either party anticipated and TI never pushed back with any of our requests. They are a true partner and their goal is to make us happy. Their in-depth programming knowledge is excellent, our project manager, Dipali, was wonderful with our team. When it was a programming technical issue, we would get on a video call with the developer, Maulik. I never once felt alone during this project as if Dipali was on vacation, she would be sure we were covered. Their turnaround time was amazing. I could feel confident asking my team to get it to TI knowing that when we woke up in the morning, their would be communication and action from TI. I would recommend TI w/o a doubt and have already used them to update another business website for us which they did in 24 hours.

Our partnership with TRooInbound Pvt. Ltd was awesome. Despite the project’s larger-than-anticipated scale, TI remained accommodating and never hesitated to address our many requests. They always prioritized our satisfaction. Dipali, our project manager, was very responsive via slack, trello, figma, and she was also just a really nice person to work with. Same with our developer Maulik! I appreciated that they’d come on video calls with us to resolve any problems or explain any processes to us. VERY helpful in customizing/fixing landing pages

We were having trouble with a landing page that we purchased from the hubspot marketplace and WOW were they very helpful and understanding. We didn't expect them to go out of their way to customize our landing page but they went beyond the minimum amount of work and helped us in any way we needed. At first we were frustrated with the product but after working alongside them, I was really pleased and excited about their services. Definitely would recommend them.

When you are looking for quality at good price

I ordered TRooInbound landing pages on HUBSPOT market. I liked the quality but I was more happily surprised by the reactivity of the hotline when I asked some technical questions. TrooInbound is a great webdesign supplier that reach French standards ! Keep going the good work.
