One of the reasons why I choose twoiq is because I knew based on past experience that they would provide great service. Not just great programming but a system that's fully tested without bugs and glitches which is so rare these days. Plus they explained how the 3rd party API works so that I could plan for future growth. All of this while staying within the exact budget.
