Ublac didn’t just build a brand for Eatro — they built an identity that feels alive
As Co-Founder and CEO, I had a clear vision for what Eatro should represent — a fresh, human-centered approach to food delivery. Ublac helped us articulate that vision through every brand element. From the brand strategy workshops to the final visual system, their process was thorough, creative, and aligned with our goals. They delivered a custom logo, color palette, typography system, tone of voice guidelines, and even mockups of how our brand would live on the app, web, and social channels. The brand has since become one of our strongest assets — helping us secure early-stage partnerships, build trust with first-time users, and attract local vendors to our platform. Internally, it’s also given our team a strong sense of direction and pride in what we’re building.

Describe your project in brief
At Eatro, we set out to create a platform that connects local food creators with customers craving unique, home-cooked meals. We needed a bold and distinctive brand identity that would help us stand out in a crowded marketplace while still conveying warmth, trust, and authenticity. We engaged Ublac to craft our brand from the ground up.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Their creative team is top-tier, but what sets them apart is how strategic and intentional their work is. Everything has a purpose, and they truly design for growth.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
We occasionally needed to push for faster iterations during early-stage pitch deadlines — they always delivered, but a faster-paced track for startups would be a welcome addition.
