Uitop is SaaS Startup UX/UI Design Agency that helps companies grow through pragmatic interfaces. As a founder and CEO of Uitop Design Agency, I aim to create the process of creating high-quality rocking SaaS products.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Uitop Design Agency is a result of the research quality of UX/UI designs of different SaaS Startups. Interfaces were terrible and confusing, so it was a need for a working design approach in the market.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
Uitop designers directly work with SaaS Startups, without any mediators like managers, etc. Our UX/UI designer or Product Designer becomes a part of the Startup team.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Uitop has created a special design approach to help SaaS Startups translate their ideas through interfaces users love. Our design team doesn't create pretty pictures, they create usable SaaS products.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Uitop works with SaaS Startups in Fintech, Healthcare, Edtech, and Real-Estate domains. Our clients come back to us to keep their products growing. More often we continue work after the main project scope on a part-time basis.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
At Uitop we always conduct client interviews to ensure their satisfaction with Uitop services and find ways to level up their quality. We start our cooperation with calls to identify clients' needs and requirements and then write them down. Uitop finds new ways to track the degree of satisfaction needs and requirements.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
At Uitop we have a system of daily and weekly reports to keep clients updated on the work process and achieved results. If the client has any queries and issues, we solve them on a chat or set up an urgent call. We have a high level of communication between the client and the designer, which helps to avoid most problems.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Uitop works mostly on the monthly payment system, but we are flexible in terms. At Uitop we always meet clients' needs to make great conditions for cooperation for both parties.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
The minimum project budget is $8,000 - $10,000.
