Really glad to have these guys onboard. They never give up, even in worst situations
I own a D2C brand in the home decor category. I reached out to them when my brand was in a very nascent stage and struggling to get an ROAS of 2 but it's been more than 2 years, and now things seem to be on track. They've helped me build a stabilised flow of orders, consistent growth and scale. They are really best at what they do, and one thing I like about them is that they're always transparent with you, whether it's a good thing or a bad one.

Transparency and involvement of the top management in the account, irrespective of the fact it's big or small
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
At times I've faced delay in things but I guess that is just part and parcel of the job
