Additionally, focused on the lending niche, we provide reusable tech to cover such challenges of custom fintech software as KYC, AI-based risk evaluation, credits, collection, P2P lending.
After this, I spent some time working for the big software outsourcing companies and gained a lot of experience.
Still being an employee, simultaneously I started working on my own product. By that time I already had my reliable team and decided to start my first UppLabs project. So I invited them, and on October 14th, 2014 we officially founded UppLabs.
Thirdly, UppLabs is a flat company, where employees get motivated not by stakeholders or board, but by the team itself.

If we work on an outstaff model, we use a Fixed Cost payment structure, when the client pays once per month. If we work on another model, the payment structure is discussable, depending on the client’s convenience, but mainly its payment in phases.
Instead, I want UppLabs to take its niche as a leader. And we are working on that now. And to achieve this, we need to be the first to make a move.
I also want to highlight the quality indicators that show the influence of every change and process flow in the company. There are clear verticals of expertise, which allow attracting customers with larger orders and redirect the company’s efforts to long-term contracts. This, in turn, allows expanding the team, increasing revenue, and offering essential services and additional services.
