Varnix Technologies is an enterprise IT services company headquartered in Sofia, with offices in Kyiv and Vienna. Founded in 2019 by an in-house banking IT team, we have delivered banking solutions in 10+ countries and today bring together ~50+ certified IT professionals.

Our flagship is Banking Services: Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation, upgrades to 14.8, end-of-day (EOD) performance optimization and long-term support, together with data warehouses, regulatory reporting and AML for banks across Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia. Alongside banking we work in three more directions:

• AI — including Private AI that runs on the client's own servers: on-premise meeting intelligence (transcription, minutes, task assignment) and demand forecasting on local models, with no public APIs.

• Mobile development — native and cross-platform apps, from customer-facing platforms to internal tools.

• Network & infrastructure — cloud and on-premise infrastructure, network modernization, backup and disaster recovery.

We are a Microsoft Partner (CSP) with certified Oracle and SAP consultants, and implement SAP and Microsoft Dynamics for manufacturing and pharma companies.

Every engagement follows our CORE framework — Consult, Orchestrate, Realize, Evolve — and usually starts with a fixed-scope, fixed-price sprint from €10k: a measured answer in weeks, then a larger programme only if it pays off.
