State of the art & customer focused solution, a much needed innovation combined with great execution and excellent support
We are a health care company and have been using Velox solution for about a year. Right from the start, we have been pleasantly surprised by their solution that helped us (a) saved a lot of time and effort managing multiple vendors, (b) added new capabilities, yet saved on cost, and most importantly (c) improving our patient experience.
We shifted to Velox as none of the telco companies was able to understand our unique needs, leave alone being able to provide a solution. They kept providing us with a standard brochure on their capabilities that was complex with multiple options that were difficult to understand. Further, their timeline for execution was not clear and kept passing us between departments/team members. When we contacted Velox out of desperation, they listened to us and were able to provide and implement a solution within a week from our first call. Though we were sceptical initially, our experience has continued to be good. They have been consistent in listening to our challenges, on target with their implementation and have constantly been upgrading their solutions. We were fortunate to go with Velox just before the COVID Lockdown; their solution helped us quickly and effortlessly implement work from home for all our staff and ensure continuity of care to our patients.
