We shifted to Velox as none of the telco companies was able to understand our unique needs, leave alone being able to provide a solution. They kept providing us with a standard brochure on their capabilities that was complex with multiple options that were difficult to understand. Further, their timeline for execution was not clear and kept passing us between departments/team members. When we contacted Velox out of desperation, they listened to us and were able to provide and implement a solution within a week from our first call. Though we were sceptical initially, our experience has continued to be good. They have been consistent in listening to our challenges, on target with their implementation and have constantly been upgrading their solutions. Once we commissioned the platform and deployed it, we were approached by other companies that wanted a similar solution. We decided to continue to develop and commercialize the original platform and added functionality and associated components such as a telco-grade billing system.
We were granted our telco license by the Singapore government in April 2017 and have been growing rapidly since.
With a SaaS business model and a churn rate of less than 1%, combined with the relocation of office-based workers to home offices requiring the extension of a traditional office based PBX system, we are growing rapidly.
Due to the covid-19 pandemic and the deployment of office-based workers to home offices, a trend that is expected to continue even post covid-19 pandemic, the ability to make and receive business calls on the Velox Softphone is driving more and more companies to subscribe to the Velox platform.
