UAB "Metalurga" is a company that has been successfully operating in the market for more than 10 years and has earned the trust of customers, specializing in the production of high-quality metal structures. The main products of "Metalurga" are fences, gates, automation, production and installation.

Previously, the company used Google Sheets, with minimal tracking of processes and various indicators. The need for a business system became apparent very quickly and clearly as the company started to grow, more processes emerged, and insights into business results were needed more frequently and in greater detail.

The client chose Odoo because of its convenience and ease of use, adaptability to small businesses and various, changing processes. Also, a big plus is that all company activities can be combined into one system, everything is visible in one place, which greatly facilitates everyday life.

SIA PERUZA is an engineering and industrial equipment manufacturing company based in Riga, Latvia. The company has been providing its services in more than 30 countries around the world for over 30 years. The Peruza team consists of more than 70 employees, most of whom are engineers and technicians.

Peruza believes that even time-tested technologies must be improved individually according to the company's processes, therefore it constantly allocates resources to research and development in order to create better solutions for its customers.

Furthermore, Peruza believes that the true future of manufacturing will be a combination of human labor and robotics. The company is researching new artificial intelligence systems that will enable higher-quality product processing and quality inspections.

One of the most important goals was to track the progress and costs of the project. Also, to be able to see a traceable process so that all involved parties could see the activities in one place, rather than accumulating them in multiple databases and people's computers, etc.

The activities of the international company "allbranded" are perfectly reflected in their name - "all" and "branded". The company provides a service of transferring logos, brands and graphics onto various souvenirs (mugs, t-shirts, pens, etc.) and sells these goods in its online store. They are one of the largest online distributors of promotional products in Germany and the United Kingdom, and are also actively expanding in the USA and other countries.

The Versada team began collaborating with allbranded back in 2016. Below we provide some interesting information and insights about the Odoo ERP implementation project that has been supported so far.

Before starting work together, Allbranded already had an Odoo ERP business management system in place. The problem was that it was not working properly. Before starting the project together, we held a two-day functional workshop in Lithuania, during which we worked with the client to develop and think about suitable solutions. We got acquainted with the existing system, discussed new needs, analyzed the problems of the existing system together, and created a new, structured plan based on realistically implemented solutions.

The main goal set by the customer: implementation of an updated Odoo system, including the integration of all online stores. Since allbranded has separate e-stores dedicated to different country markets, we created a solution that allows you to connect to the Odoo business management system and see information from each e-store in one place.

A properly configured business management system should act as the main unit for information review and control of all platform processes. For this type of customer, it is very important to always know the remaining quantities of goods, so the ability to include suppliers in the Odoo ERP system was also planned.

Martes Specure International is an international technology company formed by the merger of Martes (founded in 1995) and Specure (founded in 2014). The company currently has offices in Vienna, Austria and Žilina, Slovakia.

In Central Europe, Martes Specure International focuses on services related to spectrum auctions and high-speed internet monitoring solutions. In Slovakia, the company mainly develops, implements and provides software solutions for logistics and telecommunications service providers.

The main product of Martes Specure International is the open source internet quality measurement platform Specure NetTest.

Within the company, managers noticed several areas where they felt the need for a robust and flexible system to support the business. This mostly concerned accounting and warehouse management. The client wanted a unified, integrated system that would connect offices in Slovakia and Austria. Also, a secure and reliable system was needed that would contain all important business data and information for management with convenient, easy access for our employees.

"We were choosing between several proprietary systems, and also looked at several open source systems, including Odoo. After conducting our analysis, we decided to choose Odoo mainly because of the ability to easily and independently customize the system. In other business management systems, it would have required huge budgets and efforts if we wanted to make individual changes. The initial costs were also very favorable."

They are distinguished by their manufacturing expertise and their commitment to efficiency and quality in their work, perfected over more than a decade in the industry.

The client chose Odoo for several key reasons. They were previously using nine different platforms to manage their operations. As the company grew, this approach led to information inconsistencies, making it increasingly difficult to clearly see and manage their processes.

As the business grew, the volume and complexity of orders also increased, as each project had many different components. Coordinating these components across multiple platforms made it difficult to track orders, communicate effectively, and ensure on-time delivery.

The company chose Odoo because of its quality-price ratio, flexibility as the business grows, and a wide selection of modules.

Resize Design, with teams in Lithuania and Sweden, was looking for a solution to better organize a complex workflow to offer custom products to designers and end customers. They work with many suppliers, mostly in Lithuania, to implement custom projects. Each order often requires coordinating multiple manufacturers before all parts are collected in a central warehouse, assembled, and shipped.

This project was exciting because of Resize Design's unique needs, which required creative solutions in the ERP system. It was a pleasure to work with such an experienced and supportive team, and we had a common vision for the project from the beginning.
