What is the story behind starting this company?
The journey of Versys Media began under the name Dark Gravity Media. The name change to Versys Media, a blend of 'Versatile' and 'System', was inspired by our early experiences as a startup. With limited capital, we were faced with the challenge of making our mark in the competitive digital landscape without the luxury of a substantial marketing budget.
This challenge sparked innovation. We began developing systems and automation to promote our brand and services, effectively leveraging our technical expertise to overcome our financial constraints. These systems not only helped us establish our presence but also became a cornerstone of our service offering.
As we began working with clients, we realized that the systems we had developed for our own growth could also provide immense value to other businesses. We started integrating these systems into our clients' operations, helping them streamline their processes, increase efficiency, and ultimately, drive growth.
The name Versys Media encapsulates this journey. It reflects our ability to adapt and innovate, to create versatile systems that meet the unique needs of our clients. It's a testament to our origins, our growth, and our commitment to delivering innovative digital solutions.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
Versys Media does make us an in-house development team while outsourcing some areas of graphic design.

Firstly, our origins have shaped our unique approach. We started as a bootstrap company, developing innovative systems and automation to overcome financial constraints and promote our brand. This experience has honed our ability to deliver high-quality digital solutions that are not only effective but also cost-efficient.

Versys Media has a focus on the luxury market, however, we do cater to a number of other industries such as the property, restaurant as well as entertainment industry which we have become known for.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Since its incorporation, Versys Media has not gotten one bad review across Google. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and do have steps in place to manage customer expectations.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Aside from an extensive FAQ that answers the majority of questions that clients may have, we do often encounter clients with special requirements / outlandish ambitions. At Versys Media, no ambition is too “far out there” and we do our best to make our clients' dreams a reality.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We offer both once-off and monthly payment plans to our clients.

With an extensive team, we’re able to quickly fulfill smaller projects, however, our main focus generally revolves around larger projects with often short deadlines.

Versys Media has worked on projects generally in the range of $200 to $15,000.
