Review Summary

Very great customer support and fluent communication. Good working system and process oriented. I would say a perfect solution for specific assistants and jobs. If you're looking for something more specialized, I would not recommend Virtual Latinos. Made me lose 2 weeks of my time, which is ok, I learned a lot on how not to do things and as well on how to prevent situations like this.

I have to admit that the support team is extraordinary, friendly and always on time. Just didn't work out and I would not recommend it to a close friend, as there are other solutions around....

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Great system on place and processes are worked out very detailed.

All informations provided are predefined and clear, helpful and understandable.

All meetings were on time and very clear on moving on to next step.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Telling you that everything is clear, charge you 200 USD, and then tell you 10 minutes later that it's not possible.... ridiculously.
