Wellteam offers users personalized wellness programs by analyzing key areas of their lives. The platform covers six key wellness themes - Mind, Body, Movement, Purpose, People, and Fuel - via a user-centric survey.

These results help build Custom Programs that address the specific areas where users need improvement.

In addition to personalized programs, users can join the Monthly Mission and Launch Program, participate in community-driven activities, track their progress, and earn rewards for achievements.

Challenges:

1. Static Platform: The Wix-based website was static, unresponsive and lacked flexibility, leading to a poor user experience.

2. No Email Automation: Lack of automated emails for important communications such as program reminders, onboarding, and subscription renewals.

3. Inconvenient Content Management: The absence of an admin dashboard made content and event management cumbersome.

4. Complex Workflows: As new features were introduced, internal logic became more complicated, making it difficult to manage and scale.

Solutions:

1. Dynamic Rebuild: Vivasoft rebuilt the entire platform using Next.js and GoLang to introduce a responsive, flexible, and dynamic user interface.

2. Email System Overhaul: A centralized email gateway powered by AWS SES was implemented to handle all communications consistently.

3. Custom Admin Dashboard: Developed a powerful admin dashboard for managing programs, events, and users effortlessly. Additionally, workflows were streamlined for a more scalable approach.

4. Streamlining Workflow: Currently working on simplifying the complex internal workflows to improve overall performance and scalability.
