Webomaze Technologies is FECKLESS company and very unprofessional. I have given interview in this company two times and both of time they said I am got selected and recently ask me to come for salary discussion and going to hire you. I request to Ravi Sharma ( Owner) (Skype id: sharmaravi08) and Shubham 9086522624 (BDM) kindly be professional while evaluating candidate and revert with constructive feedback regarding interview. Don't make fun of candidate whom you take interview. Vishakha ( IDIAS Consultant HR) told me that Webomaze want me to hire and want Face to face for salary discussion. Prior to visit office,, I interacted with Shubham, after that Vishkaha told me you are not selected. It is total waist of my time. Vishakha won't clearly explain why after being selected and ready for salary discussion and then immediately said not selected. As I asked to give reason for the same but fail to do so. Beware of this company as this company has no professional standards and not respond to candidate on professional grounds. I am serving IT Industry for more than 6 years and from last 3 years giving my services to IT Industry as BDM. My advice to this company kindly be professional in their approach and don't disrespect candidate time.
