Essense Flow – Shopify Migration and Conversion-Focused Redesign

Essense Flow is a U.S. brand that creates stylish and functional activewear for women, focusing on pilates, yoga, and stretching. Their existing WooCommerce store wasn’t meeting performance expectations — it loaded slowly, lacked conversion elements, and was difficult to navigate. The brand partnered with WebSpirit to migrate to Shopify, redesign the entire storefront, and implement a data-driven CRO strategy.

We began with a deep UX and design audit, identifying key pain points such as poor mobile usability, weak product filtering, and minimal social proof. After thorough competitor and user research, we developed a new Shopify experience that’s fast, intuitive, and conversion-optimized while staying true to the brand’s clean, wellness-inspired aesthetic.

Major improvements included:

  • Reorganized catalog with advanced filtering and a quick size picker.
