We hired westmetric to fix our site, do our SEO and manage our google facebook and instagram ads. They did two audits of our site for SEO optimization and one for ecommerce ease of use. They developed our email CRM and integrated it with the site as they did the dev work. They also integrated the tracking for facebook and google into our site.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
They always made my team feel comfortable and included us in all of their work. Their team did everything they said they would and more. Everything was month to month and they worked like this is the only month.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
The only negative we experienced was that they didn't give us a complete walkthrough of the dashboard they created for us at first. There was a lot of information in there that would have been more helpful if we saw it earlier. Kanniard offering an impromptu training session was so helpful though!
