Describe your project in brief

We partnered with Whale Group to automate our customer communication and rental management process for our company Ten Kli, which provides catering and event equipment rentals across Israel. We have thousands of items—tables, chairs, cutlery, and more—and used to manually check stock and respond to client requests.

Whale Group developed a fully integrated AI chatbot system for WhatsApp, Telegram, and our website, connected to our inventory database and payment gateway. Now clients can instantly check availability, get real-time price quotes, and complete payments directly in chat. The bot also saves unclosed leads and syncs all activity with our CRM.

This automation dramatically improved our workflow, reduced response times, and increased confirmed bookings.

What we appreciated most was their deep understanding of automation and business logic. They didn’t just build a chatbot—they created a complete AI solution that simplified our workflow and improved customer satisfaction. What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

There wasn’t much to dislike, but if we had to mention something, it would be that the setup process took a bit longer than we expected due to the complexity of integrating our inventory system. However, Whale Group’s team was transparent throughout, and the final product was absolutely worth the wait.
