Great value and knowledgeable in different software solutions on the market

It was a great experience working with WA as I was not sure of what tools we needed to use, but they clarified my questions and we chose a system that was both, affordable and could handle my business needs. They suggested a CRM solution instead of just an email marketing tool because of the needs of my e-commerce. In that way, I can connect my marketing campaigns in different ways that include different channels like social media, newsletter, etc.

They are very knowledgeable in digital marketing and did a great job explaining all the important details that a business like mine would need.

Describe your project in brief

I needed help to determine how to integrate my e-commerce site with an email marketing platform. I wanted to set a service that can take care of my marketing contacts and manage them from one platform. I was hesitant about a few of the solutions I was offered in the past and Workflow Automation helped me with consultation services to clarify such questions and select the best software for my business.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

How they were able to clarify my doubts and took the time to explain the technology needs and tools for my business in an easy to understand way. I'm not a techy person so that made a big difference and I'm glad I chose their services.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

All went fine but I wish we could have met in person instead of video chat.
