It was a great experience working with WA as I was not sure of what tools we needed to use, but they clarified my questions and we chose a system that was both, affordable and could handle my business needs. They suggested a CRM solution instead of just an email marketing tool because of the needs of my e-commerce. In that way, I can connect my marketing campaigns in different ways that include different channels like social media, newsletter, etc. They are very knowledgeable in digital marketing and did a great job explaining all the important details that a business like mine would need.
