The process of designing the TCT app went smoothly and was effective. The team at Xenovex were thorough and made sure that they fully understood the spec and what needed to be delivered. When there were queries or changes this was communicated well and resolved quickly. From project management to execution the team was great to work with and helped to deliver a great product. Post rollout issues have been dealt with really efficiently and the focus has always been on providing a great solution to be used in the logistics industry.

Describe your project in brief

The Xenovex team helped to deign and build a comprehensive and integrated Transport Management System (TMS) called Transport Control Tower (TCT). The TMS is hosted online and allows users to plan and schedule vehicles for collection and delivery live in real time. The system manages POD turnaround and customer rates. It also has a full interactive visual planning Gantt view of live and completed orders. The system has a fully fledged reporting suite and can be integrated to accounting packages for smoother workflow linking the operational aspects of the process with the financial aspects. The system also manages fuel consumption and controls the use of pallets within the supply chain for the customer.
