Thank you for giving us this opportunity! I am the company's CEO, and I would like to introduce you to our business. We help small and medium companies reach a new level of prosperity in their business. We started with a dream of making the world a better place by helping others grow. We represent a fast-moving, creative, and competent agency.
Our passion is based on storytelling, visual design, and technology. We collaborate with any business worldwide to help them engage with their audiences and build brand awareness. Xplication team conceives clean and safe UI and UX Design, our clients’ feedback proving that.
We want to help all companies bring their services or products online to compete with more prominent players through web design, graphic design, marketing, and branding. This activity is essential, not just for us, but because small and medium companies help the economy of any country to be stable by making the money flow. Therefore, we want to help them reach their full potential by offering safe and easy-to-use services and consultancy.
What is the story behind starting this company?
We started the company in 2017. Back then, I was a young student with nothing more than a dream to help companies bring their businesses online. So, supported by an amazing colleague, we created a mobile app for our university designed to help foreign students get used to the city and their new “home” easier. That was the first product we created under the Xplication brand. Today we are happy to say that we completed more than 130 web-based projects on 4 different continents.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third-party vendors/ outsourcing?
We mainly try to do the work in-house; when in need, we collaborate with other vendors to help us create the best product for our clients.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Starting the company in a small city, it was hard to gain momentum. Still, we managed to do it by showing our clients that we are no different from them, that we have our strengths and weaknesses, also by offering more than we promised, we made them continue doing business with us and recommend us to their friends who own businesses. But we can say the business skyrocketed after introducing a 100% money-back guarantee. This way, we managed to make our clients feel safe, and they know their money will be returned if the result was not as promised. We are happy to say we had only one client who wanted a refund until now.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Our services can help everyone who tries to make their business known online. But we mainly focus on small businesses with a tight budget looking for expansion, especially since the pandemic started.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Our top-selling services are website development and e-commerce development.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We are happy to say that our customers’ satisfaction is one of the main things we focus on when working on the project. We cannot speak for them, but we can say that they all signed a maintenance contract with us after we finished the project. From the first interaction with the clients to the last one, we designed our processes to be as easy and satisfying as possible.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We mainly offer support through email and WhatsApp, we do not have a customer support system yet, but we are not far to implement one in our company.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We experienced all sorts of payments until now, but we ended up choosing a Fixed Cost possible to be paid in two equal installments.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If not, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Over the years, by putting the client first, we took projects that were not as profitable as they should but seeing a client happy is kryptonite for us. I think the minimum was one hour of work to fix the design on one of the pages. There was no consistent gain, but that client chose us to maintain his websites.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
Our cheapest standard web packages start at $249, and it goes as high as $1149.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
We are embracing the new technological changes that Web 3.0 comes with. Still, we hope that in 10 years, we will be one of the major players in this field and help revolutionize the way people interact with online businesses.
