We developed a SAAS application and admin panel. Application allow users create projects, find necessary information by key word and generate content. It helps people to simplify work and create content easily. Application provides a lot of possibilities to users, such as unique content creation, FAQ builder, AI ReWriter.

Challenges:
During development we faced different challenges, the main one was write logic for payment system and credits. From development point of view this project was pretty hard, but really interesting. We successfully build architecture which makes this application working correctly.

Solution:
Since this project was complex, we did our best to keep the number of bugs in the application to a minimum. All the steps have been turned into a well-planned plan of actions, that has greatly helped us in development and allowed us to clearly understand how everything should work.

Don’t forget that the project was successful thanks to the team. They showed excellent independent work on various parts of the project.

The client had a small eco food store with limited functionality. We upgraded it to a real ecommerce store for him with the possibility of expanding to a marketplace and automated most of the processes. The main feature is complex and flexible admin panel also the connection with multiple APIs.

The old structure involved testing changes directly on a live store, which could negatively affect the reputation.

We developed a platform for users and admin panel for managment team. Platform allow users create bookings, sent goods to warehouse, check delivery status, calculate possible costs for delivery. Admin panel is an internal management system, that closely connected with platform. Besides, we provided all AWS setups for client and integrations with APIs and mailing system.

The main challenge for our team was that we had strickted deadlines and huge scope. A lot of issues when we create a logic for the design, but then design can be changed and that caused additional work. Sometimes work with APIs connections wasn’t smooth and required more time than was expected.

Our main solution was - work hard and keep close communication with client to minimise misunderstandings, keeping cold heads and getting deeper in business goals.

As a result of our work we can see that clients business is growing, amount of users is increasing and we are working on new features and automations.
