MotorServ‑UK engaged Young Decade IT Software Solution to design and build a cross‑platform mobile application that brings the convenience of a main‑dealer service experience to every customer’s pocket. The app needed features for online booking of MOTs and routine servicing, real‑time status updates from workshop diagnostics, secure in‑app payments, push notifications for upcoming maintenance reminders, and an intuitive interface that would work seamlessly both on iOS and Android devices. Additionally, the solution had to integrate with existing dealer management software and allow customers to store vehicle history and digital service records offline for network‑poor areas.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
What I Liked Most: They came to our garage to see how we actually work, instead of just guessing. They gave helpful ideas, like voice messages for busy staff and color codes to explain service progress. They always updated us, answered quickly, and fixed bugs fast—even late at night. They were friendly and easy to talk to.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
In the beginning, we had a small delay because the team didn’t have all the details about one of our existing systems. It took a little back and forth to sort it out. After that, everything went smoothly.
