We also noticed occasional inconsistencies in documentation quality between different development modules, which created some confusion during our internal knowledge transfer sessions.
The onboarding process took longer than expected, as the initial project timeline estimates proved somewhat optimistic. We would have appreciated more transparency regarding potential challenges during the planning phase. Additionally, there were occasional communication gaps when specific team members were unavailable, though these issues were addressed after we provided feedback.
