They developed an Android and iOS app with job tracking, order status, part request forms, engineer reporting, and offline sync. They also linked it to our ERP system so it updates automatically. We got a clean dashboard and push notifications for real-time info.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They showed real understanding of how industrial work differs from regular office tasks. They even tested the app using low signals to match conditions in the field. Their attention to our daily problems made the app truly useful, not just pretty on a screen.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Only thing we would’ve liked was more sample layouts in the early design stage. We picked one and later found another that looked better for our field staff. But they made the switch without complaint and polished it up better than we expected.
