Fintech is a complex niche, and it needs special attention to detail, focus on compliance and regulations, and at the same time, user-friendly for the customers. Zazz understood our requirements and deployed a powerful technology stack to deliver the website and cross-platform mobile app that we desired.

The reason I chose Zazz is because they actually call you back. They actually send you what they tell you they're going to send you. Whether it's the quote for the job, a change order, or something like that. We interacted with many developers and you do not hear from them right away. Our project was delayed for several weeks before we decided to move on. The biggest problem for many companies is just being professional. Starting off on the right foot with you right off the bat. That determines how well you're going to like them, and if you want to continue working with them in the future. Zazz checks off all of these boxes for us. They would hop in on a zoom call with us every other day just to provide us with updates and address any concerns we had immediately.

As a new mom, it helps to know that there are people out there who seem to be struggling with the same issues. I thought about this idea and approached Zazz about it. And Honestly they were extremely understanding and helped move my project along from just a simple “idea”. The Zazz team has been tremendous to work with; they have been in constant communication, find time out of their busy schedule to attend meetings if we want to make an adjustment in the design and have no issues addressing any concerns that we may have. To create the perfect project, you need a perfect team, and Zazz is definitely a team that can give you perfection. So far my team and I have been incredibly impressed by the designs they have provided and we are projected to launch the app sooner than our expected timeline.

They use the messaging tool Slack, which we like. They also have another program that allows us to track the project's progress. Zazz puts the tools in place to make it easy for the client to interact with them and to ensure that the project.
