What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Team Zazz is very attentive, determined and focused on their goal. One big example is that they specially hired a finance expert who has experience in investments and equities to join their team and consult on the overall structure and architecture of the website and mobile app. This showcases their commitment to providing top-notch services for their clients.

As of now, can’t think of any aspect where Zazz can improvise, especially in the mobile app development space. We are mightily impressed.

Zazz is a process-oriented organization with skilled resources. I’m pleased with the level to which they delivered what we wanted.

We didn't provide Zazz with many directions, and they helped us design the app from start to finish. We didn't go to them with clear screenshots of what we were looking for, so I think the fact that we could come up with such a nice-looking product in our timeframe was remarkable. Zazz was excellent throughout the design phase of the process. They have an outstanding design team that always works with us to develop something that we love.
The Zazz team is easy to talk to. They use the messaging tool Slack, which we like. They also have another program that allows us to track the project's progress. Zazz puts the tools in place to make it easy for the client to interact with them and to ensure that the project.

Zazz developed the app based on the value proposition and technical documentation we created together. They assessed our user stories and looked at the various materials during the design and discovery process. Their team built the app for both iOS and Android.Â
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
From a technical and customer service perspective, it was a very painless process working with them.
They understood what our needs were and gathered our requirements.
They presented a design that was very fluid, light and intuitive.
They were really easy to work with because they took the time to understand our business.

That's a tough question to answer. This is our first go at an app, so I'm not 100 percent sure of how other firms do things.
