One of our notable success stories involves a large-scale project for the largest private medical organization in Vietnam. By developing a clear customer journey, and a digital structure to meet all challenges, we helped them grow 30% year on year and become one of the top 50 websites in Southeast Asia. Our solution enhanced their user experience, streamlined their operations, and provided scalable infrastructure, significantly contributing to their growth and success. We also revolutionized the website to increase the conversion rate and develop an SEO strategy to open a sales funnel. Through this process and the result, we were able to expand our relationship to include new areas such as automated and streamlined referrals and online appointments.
