Skubana is a complex product, though, and I wouldn't recommend it for smaller businesses that being said, our account manager on the customer service side has always been extremely attentive and has helped us navigate our sales channels, even over weekends when we've had problems with distribution and shipping. We rely on multi-channel versatility to succeed, so a reliable inventory and distributed order management system is critical to our operations. Skubana does this for us with ease and pinpointed accuracy. It is highly reliable compared to other similar software on the market and has excellent integration capacity across many eCommerce platforms, which means for a company like that pivots from big box retailers to more niche online sites, one is able to manage your product listings without fuss.

    We FINN use ZarMoney at our company. ZarMoney is incredibly easy to use, allowing us to create, automate, and send invoices quickly, manage bills, and automatically sync with our bank so we can accept, review, edit, and reconcile records. High-quality customer service is one of ZarMoney’s best features - you can quickly connect with real support agents to help you resolve issues with care. We don’t feel like another number but a valued client. The only real con is their credit card processing limitations. You only get a few options, which is fine for us but might not work for businesses that want to give customers endless payment options. We have been using it daily for six months now.

    My firm New Horizon Home Buyers uses Kibo order management software, which offers a cutting-edge order management platform with all the essential tools for managing orders, inventory, and fulfillment. Over the past two years, we have used this software. Kibo OMS has yet to fully develop its distributed order management (DOM) capabilities, which let retailers combine the supply side and set up intricate order fulfillment logic to meet demand from various channels in order to maximize speed and minimize cost. Value for money and customer service issues, however, are two significant issues that have been brought up in the past. It is difficult to compile statistics on any given indicator, according to my evaluations of the reporting capabilities. Finally, Kibo expanded through a number of acquisitions. As a result, it can face a unique set of integration and customer service difficulties.
